Terms & Conditions — tbajee Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and tbajee ("tbajee", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the tbajee platform, including the website accessible at tbajee.bar, all associated games, betting markets, promotional offers, account services, payment processing, and any other features or content made available through the platform (collectively, the "Service").

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing the Service in any way, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your tbajee account.

tbajee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, tbajee will provide notice via email to your registered address or via an in-platform notification. Continued use of the Service following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall be the authoritative version in all circumstances. Any translated version provided for convenience is not legally binding.

To register and maintain an account with tbajee, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Service:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person, not a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Service from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the tbajee platform for any reason.
• You are not subject to any court order or other legal prohibition that prevents you from entering into these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
• You are not depositing funds that are proceeds of criminal activity or otherwise obtained unlawfully.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one tbajee account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited. If tbajee discovers that a player holds more than one account, tbajee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, void all bets and bonuses associated with those accounts, and permanently ban the player from the platform. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at tbajee's sole discretion.

When registering, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes. tbajee may request documentary verification of any information provided at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or proof of address. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in suspension or closure of your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your tbajee account, whether or not you authorised the activity. You must keep your username, password, and any security codes or one-time passwords (OTP) strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person, allow any other person to access or use your account, or use any other person's account.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify tbajee immediately via the Telegram support channel at @tbajee_support or by email at [email protected]. tbajee will take reasonable steps to secure the account following notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before tbajee was notified.

tbajee reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where there is a reasonable suspicion of unauthorised access, fraudulent activity, identity theft, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation. During any such suspension, deposits and withdrawals may be blocked and pending bets may be voided.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to: money laundering, fraud, financing of illegal activity, or any activity that violates applicable law in Bangladesh or any other applicable jurisdiction. tbajee cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and regulatory bodies in any investigation of suspected unlawful activity.

tbajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. tbajee may add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply to individual accounts and may vary based on the payment method selected, the account's verification status, and any applicable promotional conditions. Current limits are displayed in the cashier section of the platform.

All funds deposited into your tbajee account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source of funds belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. Any account found to have received third-party deposits may be suspended, the funds may be returned to the originating payment method, and the account may be permanently closed.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification. tbajee aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within five minutes. Withdrawals to bank accounts may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. tbajee does not charge fees on withdrawals, however your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which tbajee accepts no responsibility.

Before any withdrawal is processed, tbajee may require completion of identity verification (KYC). Documents required may include a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and a photograph. Failure to provide requested documents within 14 calendar days will result in the withdrawal request being cancelled and returned to your account balance.

tbajee is not a bank or financial institution. Account balances held with tbajee are not covered by any deposit protection scheme. You should not hold funds with tbajee beyond what you intend to use for gaming purposes.

tbajee may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and other incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term prevails in relation to that bonus.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all tbajee bonuses:

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The standard wagering requirement is stated in the individual promotion terms and is typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, 30x means the bonus must be wagered thirty times before withdrawal is permitted).
• Only real-money wagers placed after the bonus has been credited count towards the wagering requirement. Wagers placed using other bonus funds do not count unless stated otherwise.
• Different game types may contribute different percentages towards wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage. Specific contribution rates are stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are personal and may not be transferred between accounts.
• tbajee reserves the right to withdraw any bonus that was awarded in error, was claimed in bad faith, or was claimed in breach of these Terms or the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in permanent account closure.

tbajee may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. The availability of any promotional offer does not create an obligation on tbajee to continue offering that promotion in future.

All bets and wagers placed on the tbajee platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, game, or market. These rules are accessible within each game or market and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of ambiguity, tbajee's interpretation of the applicable rules shall be final.

tbajee reserves the right to void, suspend, or refuse any bet or wager at any time, including after acceptance, where:

• The bet was placed on an event or game where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
• There is reasonable evidence of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion.
• A manifest pricing or system error resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or the applicable game or market rules.
• The player's account is under investigation for fraud or suspicious activity.

Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player, except where tbajee's cancellation policy for a specific market expressly permits cancellation. Decisions made by tbajee in relation to bets are final and binding, subject to the complaints procedure set out in Section 11 of these Terms.

For live sports betting, odds and markets may be suspended or removed at any time during an event. tbajee does not guarantee the continuous availability of any live betting market. Bets accepted on suspended markets prior to suspension remain valid unless voided under the criteria above.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) provided by the respective game studios. tbajee does not influence game outcomes in any way. Theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each game are disclosed within the game's information panel.

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the tbajee Service. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Cheating and fraud: Using any software, algorithm, exploit, bot, script, or automated system to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, or to circumvent the platform's security or integrity controls.
• Money laundering: Using the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are derived from criminal activity or for the purpose of disguising the origin of funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in any casino game or betting market to manipulate outcomes for mutual financial benefit.
• Abuse of promotions: Exploiting bonus offers, free bets, or other promotions in a manner that is contrary to the spirit of those offers, including the use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Impersonation: Registering an account under a false identity, providing fraudulent documentation, or impersonating another person.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used to place bets. Any account that initiates a chargeback will be suspended and the disputed amount will be treated as a debt owed to tbajee.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code or algorithms from the tbajee platform or any of its associated games.

tbajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The platform provides tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible within the account settings area of the platform.

If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, tbajee encourages you to use the self-exclusion feature, which will block access to your account for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. tbajee will not knowingly allow any person who has self-excluded or who has been identified as a problem gambler to open a new account or continue using the Service. Players who are self-excluded and attempt to re-register will have their new account closed and any deposits refunded.

All content on the tbajee platform, including but not limited to the tbajee brand name and logo, website design and layout, game interfaces, text, graphics, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of tbajee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

tbajee grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, transmit, sell, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of tbajee.

Game content, including software, graphics, and mechanics, is provided under licence from the respective game studios (including but not limited to Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and remains the intellectual property of those studios. tbajee does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

The tbajee Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. tbajee makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tbajee shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether direct or indirect.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Service, whether planned or unplanned, including interruptions caused by maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond tbajee's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Any technical malfunction, communication failure, or delay that affects the placement or settlement of bets.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform, including odds, statistics, or game outcome histories.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, tbajee's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tbajee account in the twelve months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of the tbajee Service, you should contact the support team in the first instance via Telegram at @tbajee_support or by email at [email protected]. Please include your registered username, a clear description of the issue, and any relevant supporting information or screenshots.

tbajee aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt and to resolve them within five business days. Complex complaints involving transaction investigations or third-party providers may take longer, and tbajee will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of tbajee's internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter in writing to the senior management team. tbajee will provide a final written decision within 14 calendar days of receiving the escalation. tbajee's final decision on any complaint is binding unless overturned by a competent court of law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms that cannot be resolved through the complaints process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

You may close your tbajee account at any time by contacting support via Telegram at @tbajee_support or by email at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course, and any remaining account balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

tbajee reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time, with or without notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, duplicate account creation, or at tbajee's sole operational discretion. In cases of closure for cause, tbajee may withhold any account balance pending the outcome of an investigation.

Upon account closure, your licence to use the Service is immediately revoked. All accrued but unclaimed bonus funds are forfeited upon closure, regardless of the reason for closure.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with any applicable bonus terms, game rules, and the tbajee Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and tbajee with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

No waiver: tbajee's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party. tbajee may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent in the context of a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all of its assets.
